We wanted to take a moment to thank all of you for your hard work on June 19th for making our company in-service a success.  We could not have asked for a better place to hold our meeting and were truly floored by your staff’s willingness to “make things right”.  The staff at Airway went out of their way to make sure that everyone from Everest Institute had a great time.  With rain on the horizon the young men at the go-karts allowed our staff to ride until they were sick, so they go their go-kart time in.  When it did rain, Marc got the Karaoke up and running so the crazy girls could sing.  Heather made sure that one of the employees who was late was fed.  Lastly, one of our staff had asked to leave her phone behind the bar to charge.  When the phone rang, Nick the bartender came and found our employee to let her know that she had received a call.  He knew that she had small children and wanted to be sure she got the call in case there was a problem.  What wonderful customer service.  Thank you for your time, your patience and for making sure we had great day of play.
